Polène offers a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unused condition with all protective packaging intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is found to be defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit the Polène UK returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully place the item in its original dust bag and box, ensuring all protective films are attached to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the generated return label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop receives and approves the condition of your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
